By accessing and using the PronoStats website (pronostats.it), you fully accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the site.

2. Description of Service

PronoStats is a personal/hobby project that provides football predictions generated by artificial intelligence and machine learning models. The service includes pre-match predictions, real-time live analysis, statistics, and value bets for the major European football leagues.

2bis. User Accounts and Community Tips

PronoStats offers the ability to register a free account to access additional features, including: "Challenge AI" mode (predictions in competition with artificial intelligence) and "Community Tips" (publishing and sharing sports predictions with the community).

By publishing a Community Tip, the user warrants that the content is their own, not offensive, not defamatory, and compliant with applicable laws. PronoStats reserves the right to remove any content deemed inappropriate without notice. The user is solely responsible for the content they publish.

The voting (like) feature on Community Tips is accessible to non-registered users as well. Anonymous votes are not associated with any personal data.

3. Nature of Predictions

The predictions published on PronoStats are automatically generated by artificial intelligence algorithms and machine learning models. They are intended exclusively for informational and entertainment purposes.

4. No Guarantee of Accuracy

PronoStats does not guarantee in any way the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of the predictions and information published. Artificial intelligence models can produce incorrect predictions. Past results do not guarantee future results. Odds and statistics may contain errors or inaccuracies.

PronoStats, its owner, and its contributors are in no way responsible for:

• Financial losses resulting from the use of published predictions
• Betting decisions made based on information from the site
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the content
• Service interruptions or malfunctions
• Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any nature

The use of the site and the information contained therein is at the user's sole risk.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the site (text, graphics, logos, algorithms, models, source code) is the property of PronoStats or their respective owners and is protected by copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of the content is prohibited.

Team and league logos and player photographs are provided by third-party data providers (API-SPORTS) and are displayed solely for identification and descriptive purposes, via direct linking to the provider's servers. PronoStats claims no rights over these images, which remain the property of their respective owners (clubs, leagues, federations, photographers or agencies). If you are a rights holder of an image shown on this site and wish to have it removed, write to [email protected] specifying the image and the exact URL: the request will be reviewed and handled promptly.

8. Use of Service

The user agrees to:

• Use the site in compliance with applicable laws
• Not attempt to compromise the security or operation of the site
• Not use automated systems to access the site in bulk
• Not reproduce or redistribute content without authorization

9. Service Availability

PronoStats reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time, without notice and without any obligation to the user. Continuous and uninterrupted availability of the service is not guaranteed.

PronoStats reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective from the moment of publication on this page. Continued use of the site after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. For any dispute arising from the use of the site or the interpretation of these terms, exclusive jurisdiction shall belong to the court of the place of residence of the site owner, unless otherwise provided by mandatory consumer protection law.

13. Community & Chat

PronoStats provides a chat feature during matches. By using the chat, you agree to the following:

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the chat.
• You are responsible for your messages.
• Prohibited: hate speech, spam, advertising, personal information, illegal content.
• PronoStats reserves the right to remove any message without notice.
• Messages are automatically deleted when the match ends.
• AI bot messages are for entertainment and discussion purposes only, not betting advice.
• Users can report inappropriate messages. After 3 reports, the message is automatically hidden.
• Repeated violations may result in being blocked from the chat.

8. Suscripcion Premium

PronoStats ofrece planes Premium (Casual, Daily Bettor, Value Analyst) con funciones adicionales. Los pagos se procesan a traves de Stripe. Las suscripciones se renuevan automaticamente cada mes. Puedes cancelar en cualquier momento desde la pagina Premium — el acceso permanece hasta el final del periodo pagado. No ofrecemos reembolsos por periodos parciales. Los paquetes de mensajes extra son compras unicas y no son reembolsables.

9. TipsTok Social

TipsTok es la seccion social de PronoStats donde los usuarios pueden crear apuestas virtuales, votar y competir en la tabla de clasificacion. Las apuestas usan saldo virtual (no dinero real). PronoStats no es una plataforma de apuestas y no maneja dinero real. El contenido generado por los usuarios en TipsTok es responsabilidad del usuario. Nos reservamos el derecho de eliminar contenido inapropiado.
